Martha Hazzard Decker has been a journalist for over 20 years. She was a professional photographer prior to that and went into law enforcement, retiring in 2007 as assistant chief of police and lead investigator. She is still an investigator for the State. Decker has been affected by unexplained activity that began occurring when she was a child. This brought about a strong interest in the paranormal that continues today. She founded East Texas Paranormal in 2007, is an area rep for AGS and her group is part of the PWSM Network.
