Description

Every now and then, we seem to be faced with something that ultimately brings us down.  We will be rolling right along, happy, life is going good, and then, boom, the rug seems to get pulled right out from under us.  Sending us crashing down, leaving us wondering how the hell we got here. 

At times, it seems like no matter what we try to do we cannot rise above it.  Tonight, we are going to look at how in the world we shake these times off and get back on track to where we know we need to be.

-        What is the purpose of these low points that seem to hit us out of nowhere?

-        How do we rise above them, what are some things that help us through?

-        Do we over think things sometimes and make them worse than they really are?
