D.E.A.D, standing for “demonic entities associated with death” (or after death). We are a team of paranormal investigators dedicated to educating and helping those who are troubled or haunted by the paranormal. This past decade, the increase in interest for the paranormal has seemed to generate a large number of paranormal teams.  Our concern is the paranormal can be dangerous and a large number of teams out there today feel that the paranormal is not dangerous.  We strongly disagree, we also feel that some of the methods used by these teams to conduct investigation are dangerous in themselves not only to the members of the team personally, but most of all dangerous to the client(s) who are dealing with and already exposed to the paranormal.  The advice given by a number of these teams is not the right advice to give someone dealing with/exposed to the paranormal.  When I decided to pursue this field known as the paranormal, I wanted to go about it with an open mind, differently than anyone out there has ever gone about  studying this phenomenon.  We’re different from many teams in a number of ways.  We do not allow our personal opinion or spiritual beliefs to affect the way that we conduct investigations or affect our opinion of what is there, if anything. I feel that a large number of teams out there allow their personal opinion and or spiritual belief to persuade or affect the advice or methods they use to resolve the situation for the client.  The way we handle situations involving the paranormal, are based upon experience documentation and evidence that has been collected over a number of years, combined with the level of success we have when it comes to resolving these situations.  In turn, helping the client deal with whatever it is they’re dealing with.  Depending upon what the individual is dealing with, determines how we handle that particular case. When it comes to paranormal phenomenon/hauntings, the actions of the investigators and especially that of the client(s) can determine and most definitely can and will affect the level of activity at that location.

Another reason we are unique is in the methods we use for communication...

Some paranormal teams out there believe in using methods of investigating that are dangerous, not only for the members of the team, but most of all for the person/client involved.  Countless teams out there use spirit mediums, Electronic Devices that communicate with the dead (depending upon temperature, EMF fields, and verbal communication i.e Ouija board)  We do not and will not bring in psychics/mediums, nor will we use any form of one on one communication with the entity(s) because we feel that is extremely dangerous and these methods of conducting an investigation do nothing but increase the activity levels therefore increases the chances someone will be harmed.  Also, we will not engage in any kind of ritual or cleansing wetherby smiting, burning of sage, or any other spiritual ritual to cleanse a location.  We feel that is it dangerous and irresponsible for paranormal investigators  to conduct these forms of rituals again because this can fuel and intensify the paranormal activity and make the situation worse or to the extreme...  Our primary concern is for the safety of the client(s) involved in every case.

What d.e.a.d investigations will do...

We will use our own methods during an investigation.  Although we do not engage in personal communication with the spirit by means of mediums, ouija boards or other channeling methods, we do use a method known as "taunting" or provoking. This method is frowned upon by a large number of teams out there (the same teams that will bring ouija boards and other dangerous forms of spirit communication to an investigation).  It's not necessarily their fault.  Most don't know any better or have never actually dealt with real demons.  Between the team, although we may seem young, we have combined demonic experience of 35+ years.  That is of strictly demonic hauntings.  One of the most frequently questions by individuals dealing with a haunting is, what am I dealing with and what are its intentions... Taunting is very effective in answering questions like these.  So many people out there are comforted by the thought of a lost loved one returning to look over them or comfort them or even perhaps give them a message from beyond the grave.  This is the most deceptive and dangerous ideal of the paranormal.   The reason why taunting is so effective is because once that entity is present it will respond to the taunting.  The audio evidence captured helps the individual come to a conclusion about what they are dealing with and also what its intentions are.  There’s a big misconception out there as to what these entities want and how dangerous they are.  Many teams lack experience as well as a true understanding of what they’re dealing with and how to handle it therefore unfortunately they end up making it a lot worse.
